The Holistic Wellness Retreat is a weekend retreat where you can slow down, let go of stress and reconnect with your true nature. We aim to achieve this with activities that bring harmony and balance between the physical, mental and emotional states of our being. A truly holistic approach.
We concentrate on the physical through daily gentle restorative yoga and walks in nature, the emotional with healing and relaxing Reiki sessions, and the mental with group coaching and interesting talks.
Though we have a schedule of daily activities, participation is not compulsory. Guests are free to take time to be alone, walk, read, journal, or do whatever they feel like doing in order to replenish and feel well again.
Use the retreat to pause and connect with like-minded people, learn something new, take care of your energy body, build new habits, or recharge the soul with holistic daily activities.

Natasja King | Reiki Master | Life Coach | Trauma Counsellor
Natasja is a trauma therapist, life coach and Reiki Master, practising and teaching Reiki in Mossel Bay. But she wasn't always living her dream in this way. She started her career as a Legal PA in South Africa in 1997 and, in 2004, moved to London where she worked in international law firms. As was the case for many people, lockdown was the catalyst for her and her husband to reassess their lives, and they decided to return to South Africa after 17 years in London. Now Natasja is living her dream and pursuing a genuinely fulfilling life of helping others heal and live in hope again.
Jonathan Whelan | Yoga Instructor | Outdoor Enthusiast
Johno Whelan is an experienced yoga instructor and outdoor enthusiast on a mission to help you celebrate life! With expertise in mobility, adventures and retreats, Jono will show you the wonders of the Mossel Bay area, with experiences for any age or fitness level. Feel the joy of connecting with yourself and nature.

Itinerary
Day 1 Friday (26 May)
We kick off the retreat late Friday afternoon with a meet & greet, a group Reiki session and dinner.
Day 2 Saturday (27 May)
Saturday morning starts with a restorative yoga session, followed by a healthy breakfast. Guests can take part in walks on the beach, book a one-to-one Reiki session, listen to a talk about energy healing, and attend a “Create A Balanced Life” workshop. Dinner on Saturday evening is for guests' own cost at a restaurant in Mossel Bay or takeaway.
Day 3 Sunday (28 May)
On Sunday, we start the day with another group yoga session, followed by breakfast and conclude the Retreat with an informative discussion to give you the tools to continue a healthy self-practice at home.
The retreat closes at 10:30 am, but guests are welcome to join a tour of the Point of Human Origin caves as an optional excursion at their own cost.

COST
R6000 per person on 2 person sharing basis.
Only 3 beautiful en-suite rooms are available on this retreat. The retreat is limited to six people to allow for personal attention. making it ideal for couples, or friends/family willing to share a bed. The retreat is small to allow for personal attention.
Check-in is at 3 PM on Friday. Check-out 10:30 AM on Sunday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
● A reservation requires a deposit of 100% of the total price.
● The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
