Pinnacle Point Golf Estate
No South African course has created quite such a buzz within the international golf community as Pinnacle Point near Mossel Bay. It was named as one of the ten best new courses in the world soon after opening, and acclaim for its rugged beauty and dramatic holes has made it one of the most talked-about golfing destinations.
Mossel Bay Golf Club
Famed for having a view of the Indian Ocean from every tee, this 18-hole links-style course, with its large undulating greens, makes for an idyllic yet challenging round of golf. The golf club was founded in 1905 and the golf course relocated to its present position in 1924. A round of golf at Mossel Bay Golf Club is the perfect start to a golfing trip along the coastal areas of the Garden Route.
Botlierskop Game Reserve
With the magnificent Outeniqua Mountains as a backdrop and sweeping views out over the glistening Indian Ocean below, lies Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. Just 4.5 hours’ drive from Cape Town, it’s midway between Mossel Bay and George, on South Africa’s scenic Garden Route. Indalu Game Reserve
At Indalu Game Reserve in the Garden Route it is not only the elephants that have remarkable memories; the visitors leave with a treasure trove of unforgettable memories to last them for a lifetime. Indalu, the Xhosa word for ‘nature’, is approximately 30 km from Mossel Bay, 20km from Albertinia and just 2km off the N2 towards Cape Town. It is set between the roaming hills and valleys and has been created as a sanctuary for a number of the gentle giants where they roam free in their natural environment.

Kiyana Sailing Charter
Experience true Sailing on our 40 ft Catamaran Kiyana where we will be sailing around Seal Island, making our way around the Point area of Mossel Bay and then sailing back into the harbour. We are the only Sailing Trip in Mossel Bay. You can swim and barbeque, snorkel and fish from Kiyana.
Romonza Boat Trips

The Oystercatcher Trail
The St. Blaize Trail is a popular 13.5 km trail that follows the 30 meter contour along the cliffs westwards from the Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse and ends at Dana Bay. It begins at the Cave below the Lighthouse, and ends on the beach at Dana Bay (it can be run in either direction, or do an out & back run), and is clearly marked in white with the sign of the Oystercatcher, as it forms part of the greater Oystercatcher trail starting at the Gourits river mouth.

Surfing
Mossel Bay hosts several waves, with Inner Pool and Outer Pool being the most consistent and well-known. Inner Pool is a friendly little righthand runner, while a short paddle away, Outer Pool is the big brother, throwing some big righthand barrels over the inside section under the right swell and tide conditions.
